about

Recorded at Wild Sound in Minneapolis, this music features the culmination of a composer fellowship at Montalvo Arts Center in CA, courtesy of the McKnight Foundation. Much of the seed material came from loops created improvisationally while accompanying dance classes. It is named in the memory of my beautiful, talented niece Ola who left us while riding her bike in Amsterdam.
